Located just minutes from the motorway and town centre, our centre is housed within a leading sports and coaching leisure facility. At Neon Martial Arts, we pride ourselves on being the steppingstone for future national, European, and world champions.
Our world-class coaches specialise in Freestyle Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, MMA, submission grappling, tailored children’s programs, self-defence and many more. We are also the only wrestling club in the south of England affiliated with BWA. In addition to our exceptional training programs, we established and run national and international Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Freestyle wrestling competitions four times a year here in Southampton. These events attract thousands of participants from all over the UK and Europe. Our facilities include a large fitness gym, sauna, changing rooms, showers, outdoor area, sports hall, matted training area, and football pitches.
We also offer ample parking and disabled access throughout the building.
